You raise funds by selling your eCookbook, via annual memberships. Annual memberships provide ongoing funds to support your organization. In addition you can offer Lifetime memberships (at higher fee) to quickly raise funds for your initiative. Absolutely! You can obtain ads that can be included in the logged in cookbook area, as well as incorporating your ads or Google ads into your website.
